Research
-
My academic interests include adolescents relationships with their parents, siblings and peers, with a particular interest in parents involvement in adolescents friendships. I am also interested in the way these different relational contexts interface for adolescents. I am also interested in adolescents experiences associated with different levels of peer interaction and their susceptibility to peer influences. I am interested in exploring the individual characteristics and family dynamics are predictive of young womens eating disorder potential. I am also interested in how adolescents individual characteristics and family dynamics are important to their formation of financial attitudes and behavior, and how family recreation can be significant to adolescents psychosocial wellbeing and the quality of their familial relationships.
